Heists stand out as the cash cows of GTA Online , offering lucrative paydays for players willing to take the risk. However, it's important to factor in the time investment required for each job. While some heists can be completed quickly, others demand hours of meticulous planning and execution for comparable payouts.
In this article, we detail all the missions for each of the four GTA Online heist series, what they payout and at what difficulty level. We've also linked to our guides on completing each heist as more detailed and nuanced payout information.

While the time investment for completing the entire series is significant, its payouts do not really mesh up with the time investment required when compared to other heist options.

The Doomsday Heist
The Doomsday Heist is a massive three-act heist introduced in GTA Online, focusing on saving San Andreas from a potential global catastrophe. It involves extensive preparation and setup missions, culminating in high-stakes finales. Each act of the heist operates independently, with its own set of prep missions and a grand finale.
The Doomsday Heist Payout
The payouts for The Doomsday Heist are among the highest in GTA Online, reflecting the complexity and length of the missions. The payouts are split among players, with the host typically receiving a larger cut. The listed payouts are the maximum potential earnings for each act on different difficulty levels, before crew cuts.
The Doomsday Heist Elite Challenges
Similar to other heists, The Doomsday Heist features Elite Challenges for each of its three finales. Successfully completing these challenges can grant a significant bonus. While the base setup cost for each act (Act I, II, and III) is $25,000, players can effectively recover this cost by completing the Elite Challenges.
Successfully completing all Elite Challenges across all three acts can net you an additional $50,000 bonus. The Elite Challenges for The Doomsday Heist are generally more demanding due to the nature of the missions.

The Diamond Casino Heist, as the name suggests, lets you plan and pull off a daring casino heist.
Unlike other heists, players can select from three different approaches — Silent & Sneaky, Aggressive, or The Big Con — to pull off this heist. Your approach must be selected before the heist preps can be started, as the prep missions are dependent on what approach you select.

In the Diamond Casino Heist, your target isn't just one thing. You could end up with cash, artwork, gold, or even the rarest find of all: diamonds. These valuables are randomly assigned. Diamonds are available on limited occasions.
